Maria McMillan
Maria enters her fifth year with Rockwall and Heath Lacrosse, and her first serving as Assistant Program Administrator following four seasons as Communications Director. In her new role, she assists as a third administrator to help all day-to-day backend administrative tasks the club needs.
Professionally, she has more than a decade of business administration experience in project management in stainless steel manufacturing and construction. In 2020 she co-founded a virtual administration company that partners with top performing roofers across the country. She is the chief operations officer and manages a virtual team of 35, in five different countries across the globe. Maria became involved with Rockwall and Heath Lacrosse in late 2021 when her son joined the K/1 team and is excited to assist in the growth of the program bringing her communication, business administration, systems management and organizational skills to benefit the Rockwall Heath lacrosse program.
