Maria McMillan
Maria enters her third year with Rockwall and Heath Lacrosse as our Communications Director, where she assists the Program Director in all things communications related. This includes press release drafting and distribution, social media post design, drafting informational documents like game day procedures for RHLax staff and game day information for opponents as well as fundraising informational flyers, and more.
She comes comes with 10 years of business administration experience in project management in stainless steel manufacturing and construction. In 2020 she co-founded a virtual administration company that partners with top performing roofers across the country. She is the chief operations officer and manages a virtual team of 35, in five different countries across the globe. Maria became involved with the RHLax Organization in late 2021 when her son joined the K/1 team and is excited to assist in the growth of the program bringing her communication, business administration, systems management and organizational skills to benefit the Rockwall Heath lacrosse program.
