Rockwall and Heath Lacrosse hosts free beginner clinics year-round (spring, summer, fall, winter). These clinics are open to all boys grades K through 12 in Rockwall ISD and surrounding districts who want to try lacrosse. We have the sticks and balls, and all participants just need to come eager to learn and try the sport.

We have four more stick clinics this year:
- December 3rd at Williams MS
- December 10th at Cain MS
- December 17th at Williams MS
- January 7 at Cain MS
